Gene Autry

Gene Autry was America’s most famous singing cowboy.  In the 1930’s, Gene Autry was a top-selling recording artist and movie star. In 1940, his movies were turned into an old time radio show called, “Gene Autry’s Melody Ranch.”  During World War II, the Armed Forces Radio Station aired a show that was filled with country music called, “Melody Roundup.”  In this collection are included a few shows that feature Gene Autry. Enjoy.
